Who we are
Global Pursuit is a coastal retailer for the entire family, from grandma to grandson. With our flagship store just blocks from the beach in beautiful Stone Harbor, New Jersey, we draw inspiration from the sea when curating our store’s selection.
We began over 30 years ago, when a couple of environmental stewards realized their dream of owning and running a responsible retail store on the prominent strip of 96th Street in Stone Harbor. Much has changed since then, including ownership, but our mission remains the same: To stock stylish and sustainable clothing for the whole family, so you can Feel Good about Looking Great.
Because at Global Pursuit the ocean is our lifeblood and guide, we strive to stock and support environmentally conscious brands. Vendors like Patagonia, O’Neill, and Reef—all born on the water—have excellent initiatives to save our oceans. Both represent Global Pursuit and our drive to give back to the source that’s given so much to us.
But we do not stock just surf and sea inspired clothing.
